I provide freelance education services to awarding organisations, membership bodies, charities and providers.
I offer a range of services, including:
• advising on and developing qualification and assessment structures
• quality assurance processes
• bespoke, one-off educational services
• developing and supporting applications for awarding organisation recognition
• ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• project management of qualification development projects
• reviewing and developing National Occupational Standards (NOS)
• developing End-Point Assessment documents (e.g. apprentice guides, centre guides, question banks, specifications, assessor materials)
Over 20 years experience in education; working for/with AOs; Regulators (Ofqual, Qualifications Wales, CCEA, Qualifications Scotland); Sector Skills Councils; Trade Associations; other bodies, including Skills England.
I have worked across many sectors (e.g. Leadership, Management, Automotive, Defence, Engineering, Construction, Employability, Health, Social Care, Children & Young People).
I obtained a PhD in Business Psychology whilst at Royal Dutch Shell.
My previous employers include the City & Guilds Group and Ministry of Defence.
I hold qualifications in Prince2 Project Management, vocational assessment, FE tutor and quality assurance.
